Napoleon Hill a fost un autor de cărți american cunoscut pentru munca sa de cercetare în domeniul dezvoltării personale și succesului în afaceri. Născut în anul 1883 în Virginia, Hill a crescut într-o familie săracă și a început să lucreze la vârsta de 10 ani ca reporter pentru un ziar local.
