Sara Pennypacker este o autoare americana de carti pentru copii. S-a nascut in 1969 in New York City, SUA, iar cartile sale au fost publicate in peste 20 de limbi straine. Pennypacker s-a dedicat de mica scrisului si a debutat ca autor abia la 35 de ani. A scris 12 carti, prima dintre ele: ‘’Clementine’’ (2003).
