David McKee
David Mckee este unul dintre cei mai cunoscuți autori britanici de carti pentru copii. Născut în 1934 în Devon, Anglia, Mckee a obținut o diplomă în științele artei la Central School of Art and Design în 1955, după care s-a mutat la BBC, unde a lucrat ca animator și scenarist. Cariera sa literară s-a nascut în 1963, când a publicat prima sa carte pentru copii, intitulată "A Story".
