Jojo Moyes este o scriitoare britanică născută în anul 1969 în Londra. Ea a crescut într-o familie de scriitori și a început să scrie la vârsta de 8 ani. După ce a absolvit Universitatea din Cambridge, Moyes a lucrat ca jurnalistă pentru ziare locale și reviste, înainte de a-și publica primul roman, "The Peacock Emporium", în anul 2002.
